The Community of Practice for Supporting Families of Individuals with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities exists to enhance and drive policy, practice, and system transformation to support people with intellectual/developmental disabilities within the context of their families and communities.
Pervasive Parenting Center is a not-for-profit organization made up of families, local educators, community leaders, and health-care professionals. Kids Joining Eternity was formed with the intent to help parents, siblings, family members, friends and caregivers come to terms with the loss of a child whether it be through miscarriage, stillborn loss, sudden infant death, and/or chronic childhood illness. Visit their Facebook page.

Preparing for a Lifetime is an Oklahoma State Department of Health program that helps improve the outcomes for infants through resources, education, and services.
Oklahoma System of Care provides a team to develop an individualized plan of care using strength-based approaches that allow family members to be heard and address their own needs using resources and supports in their local community.

Parent to Parent
Parent to Parent's mission is to support a national network of parent-to-parent programs to ensure access to quality emotional support for families of individuals with disabilities and/or special health care needs.
National Federation of Families
The National Federation of Families is a national family-run organization linking more than 120 state and local affiliates and national partners focused on the issues of children and youth with emotional, behavioral, or mental health needs and substance use challenges and their families.
Family to Family
Health Information Center
OFN is the Family-to-Family Health Information Center (F2F) in Oklahoma, a program funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) that connects families of children with special health care needs to resources.
State Affiliate Organization
Family Voices is a national family-led organization of families and friends of children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN) and disabilities. We connect a network of family organizations across the United States that provide support to families of CYSHCN.
