We will also learn to create a one-page profile that can be used across a variety of settings.
Prior to the event, we will email documents to print off to use during the training. If you don’t have the ability to print off documents, please let us know and we will mail them to you.

The Maternal and Child Health Service with the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) is hosting the 2023 Adolescent Health Summit in Oklahoma City on Wednesday, June 28th from 8:30am-3:15pm.
The event’s theme is Strengthening Connections for Adolescent Health Resilience: Mind the Gap, and the purpose is to provide professionals and caregivers of adolescents in Oklahoma with interdisciplinary training and tools to improve the health of adolescents in their communities.
There is no cost to register, however capacity for the event is limited; registration is first come, first serve. All registered attendees will receive emails with more information relevant to their selection of either attending in-person or receiving the recording.
