Understanding Grief

Grief isn’t a one-size-fits-all emotion. In fact, addiction affects everyone differently, as does the grief that comes when a family member or loved one is struggling with substance use. On February 16, 2023, Katrina Zmaila (Peaceful Family Oklahoma), Cindy Bowling (Finding Hope), and Bill Guy (Parents Helping Parents), will panel the discussion about grief and give us tools and resources to help us feel more equipped.

Every Thursday in February at noon, Parents Helping Parents Inc, ODMHSAS, and other organizations are hosting a virtual retreat for caregivers titled “Renew You”
