Youth Services of Tulsa


Youth Services of Tulsa (YST) has helped Tulsa area youth and their families since 1969. YST constantly adapts to stay on top of the ever-changing, increasingly complex needs of young people, ages 12 to 24. YST is the only Tulsa non-profit organization focused solely on adolescents and young adults. YST programs are focused on counseling, runaway and homeless youth, delinquency prevention, and youth development.

Oklahoma Partnership for School Readiness


Oklahoma Partnership for School Readiness (OPSR) was created to help Oklahoma families access the early care and education, family support, and health and mental health services they need to support their children during their most critical period of development from birth through age five. OPSR facilitates collaborative planning and decision making to increase coordination between programs, to maximize the use of public and private funding, and to pursue policies that improve learning opportunities and environments for Oklahoma’s children.
