Sooner Success On the Road

LEARN ABOUT RESOURCES AND SUPPORTS. For parents, caregivers, and professionals who care for or work with individuals with special needs. “On the Road” is a one-day training that educates families and caregivers who live with an individual with a disability, connect with agencies that serve the disability community and learn aboutwhat they do and how to contact them.

These organizations will present their programs in a brief summary or “speed share” and there will also be a variety of additional resources. You may be eligible to receive an Educational Respite Voucher. Educational vouchers help caregivers pay for care of their loved ones so they can attend training that assists with their caregiving.
