Disability Advocates of Oklahoma


 Disability Advocates of Oklahoma (DAO) was founded in 2000, and was the first to offer parents the combination of Legal & Non-Attorney Child Advocate services. This combination allows families to receive a “two for one” service in the form of Child Advocates who work in conjunction with our Attorneys to provide the very best Legal and Advocate services for all Oklahoma families who are dealing with helping their children with Special Needs.

DAO’s mission is to help Parents obtain highly qualified, yet affordable, Attorneys and Child Advocates in obtaining special education services and benefits for their children with special needs.

NAMI Oklahoma


National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI) Oklahoma

NAMI Oklahoma has grown to include seven affiliates throughout the state that facilitate support groups, conduct education programs, and speak in the community to increase understanding and bring awareness to mental illness issues and to share the message that treatment can be effective. 

The mission of NAMI Oklahoma, in partnership with its affiliates, is to improve the quality of life for individuals and families affected by mental illness through support, education and advocacy.

NAMI Support Groups are peer-led and offer participants an opportunity to share their experiences and gain support from other attendees. They offer Family Support Groups and Connection Recovery Support Groups. Attend one of our local groups in person or virtually for resources, support, and hope.

Dads on Special Assignment (DOSA)


Dads on Special Assignment (DOSA) is a men’s ministry dedicated to the health and well-being of dads that have children with special needs. The mission of DOSA is to serve dads of children with special needs by providing tools and resources that equip them to become healthier mentally, physically, and spiritually in order to lead their families well and embrace their role as a dad on special assignment.

DOSA hosts a monthly support group, for times and locations visit their Facebook page or website.

Savannah Station


Savannah Station Therapeutic Riding Program, Inc., a nonprofit therapeutic riding facility located in Yukon, Oklahoma, has been changing lives for people with disabilities since 2013.  Savannah Station TRP serves a large population center as the only therapeutic riding program on the west side of the Oklahoma City metro. ​Savannah Station is a community of humans and horses, ministering fully to individuals and families; assisting them to overcome life’s limitations, to gain social and emotional confidence, and defy disabilities and challenges, while building families and friendships.

Pervasive Parenting Center


Pervasive Parenting Center provides assistance to families in eastern Oklahoma affected by autism and other developmental disabilities. They strive to provide a better life for the families in eastern Oklahoma who are coping with disabilities. Pervasive Parenting Center covers LeFlore, Sequoyah, Haskell, Cherokee, Adair, and Latimer Counites in eastern Oklahoma.

The Pervasive Parenting Center specializes in
